HDPE Fabrication

I offer fabrication and welding services using High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic. Your project or components are designed, cut, and welded all from HDPE plastic or in part. I own a Leister Weldplast S2 extrusion welder and Leister ST hand welder, allowing me to weld various thermoplastics. HDPE is durable and lightweight and offers many advantages over both metal, wood, and fiberglass.

I can also assemble and weld items from Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and polypropylene (PP).

A welded HDPE seat box. This box is made of 3/8" HDPE and clocks in at 2/3 the weight of a 3/16" seat box. HDPE offers lighter weight components, color options, and aesthetics.
