I offer custom welded HDPE fabrication options. Most of my projects to date have been boat related, but applications can extend into any imaginable field. If you have a project you think would benefit from being built out of HDPE, please feel free to get in touch.

Insulated Fish Boxes
Single-wall or double-wall insulated fish boxes built to your specifications and the color of choice. HDPE insulates better than aluminum and will not sweat, ice will not melt as fast.
NPT fittings or pipes can be installed for drains or fills.
Seat Boxes
Seat boxes built to your specs and color of choice to match your interior. Storage pockets or access hatches can be cut into a side and various mounting options and brackets can be discussed.
This seat box is 22” high, sized for a Garelick slider and clocks in at 8lbs. lighter than a typical seat box made of 0.190” aluminum sheet.
Downrigger Risers
Custom risers or mounting pads for downriggers can be assembled to fit your odd-shaped gunnels or hull. The pocket in this example is sized to hold a downrigger ball or small amounts of readily-accessible gear.
Trailer Bunk Slicks
Trailer bunk slicks built to the dimensions you provide. Each individual slick can be up to 10 feet in length. Multiple slicks can be cut to extend the length you require.
Lockers
Full welded, waterproof lockers to fit your needs. not limited to boats!
Pipe Rock Rack
A prototype is coming soon! HDPE pipe rod rocks welded from 1-1/2” black HDPE pipe.
Leader Buddy
A welded bracket with a foam roller for storing pre-tied leaders. Leader Buddies be built from 6” to 24”, with single or double-roller stacked vertical or horizontal. Attach them to a tray, seat or gunnel to keep your pre-tied leaders organized and easy to peel off when needed.
