Skagit River Duck Hunts
One Hunter - $300, Two Hunters - $450 (Tax Included)
The Skagit River’s delta offers world‑class wetland habitat for waterfowl hunting. We hunt public land in the marshes below Fir Island and along Skagit Bay, in areas accessible only by boat. Out here you’ll experience a style of hunt you simply don’t get in a field or pit. The landscape shifts from sandy, brackish intertidal shoreline and cattails to freshwater fens with trees, sedges, grasses, and thick marsh vegetation. Each zone has its own character, giving us the flexibility to change the feel of the hunt on the fly.
I keep groups small and focus on a relaxed, high‑quality experience. We work with the conditions, move when we need to, and make the most of the day. It’s a fun, enjoyable way to hunt the Skagit, and no two days look the same.
We often see a mixed bag of birds—mallards, pintail, wigeon, and green‑winged teal make up the bulk, with occasional wood ducks, spoonbills, and gadwall. Hunting out here is a great way to add these species to your list.
If you’re looking for a guided duck hunt in the Skagit Valley, this is the place to be.
Early fall hunts overlap with Skagit River coho season, making it a great time of year to experience both a hunt and a salmon trip.
