Fishing our lakes can be fun! Lake trips are a great entry into fishing or if you are a family with kids, as the fishing is easy and the action is typically quite constant. The trip is for a family of 4 (up to 2 adults). I run these trips a bit shorter and low-cost to keep them accessible.

I fish trout by trolling with spoons. We can also go for panfish and perch instead, which can be fun for the kids as they get to see a lot of different fish. I like to use very lightweight rods with the drag set way down on the reels—it makes you feel like you’re fighting something big.

I only offer these trips for a few short weeks in April and May before the main salmon seasons start up.
