A premier waterfowl hunt in the lower Skagit River marshes. We hunt exclusively the wetlands of the Skagit River in Washington! Accessible only by boat, the Skagit River’s marshlands and delta offer world‑class waterfowl habitat and is a style of hunting you won’t find in a field or pit. The landscape shifts from sandy, brackish shoreline and cattails to freshwater fens with trees, sedges, and thick marsh vegetation, each zone offering its own character and opportunity.

A true mixed‑bag hunt. Mallards, pintail, wigeon, and green‑winged teal make up most of what we see, with wood ducks, spoonbills, gadwall, and a few other species showing up throughout the season. We also get chances at Canada geese and snow geese. It’s a great way to add birds to your list.

Small groups, relaxed pace, high‑quality days. I keep groups small and tailor each hunt to the conditions the river gives us. We move when we need to, settle in when it’s right, and make the most of the day. No two hunts look the same — that’s the beauty of the Skagit.

I support youth and family hunting! If conditions allow, I will gladly take a third hunter under the age of 18 along for free.
